I'm really excited after CONAL (Congreso Nacional = National Congress)!! We as an MC team achieved our objectives and even surpassed them! Personally, I was very tense going into the congress, since this was my first one as MCP and there were so many expectations from our team and from the delegates even before it began. Now that it's over I feel much more motivated and very excited to have such an amazing group of new (and old) members - so proactive, and committed and to me the best of all is that we share a common vision of our national organization and its direction.

I am also EXTREMELY proud of our team - each member delivered an excellent session(s), motivated members, demonstrated that we are a team, that we have clearly defined goals and that we are still going strong!! I've always thought that our team is made up of amazing individuals, each one contributing something unique to the rest of the team...

César: our Colombian ER guy! He came out of the CONAL with a new nickname... The PAI... lol!! His committment to AIESEC is reflected in all of his activities and his drive towards excellence has contributed many great things to our team. He has taken on the task of communication towards the LC, he is the coach of the new extension in the Universidad Rafael Landivar, he has been the coach to numerous members in leadership roles. All this while visiting companies and generating alliances with possible national partners!! During the CONAL he lead a Reflection time that allowed the delegates to voice their opinions, to speak freely, it was a great session, in that it allowed us as a team to learn how we are being perceived and members felt comfortable enough to say what they think. We both share a passion for Exchange!!

Elisa: our PD chic! Elisa has provided advice, experience, resources, coaching and support to the rest of the team and to the members in general. She is clearly viewed as the person to go to when you need just about anything! Always willing to lend a helping hand, she is now managing a full time job as well as PD!! Talk about time management! Her support has been priceless to me during our term!! And now we are the only girls on the MC... so we gotta stick together!! ;D Her session was an amazing summary of the Competency Model, she delivered in a very easy to understand way and even managed to link it with the election process! Also she managed to get 4 alumni to participate in a session that was a turning point for many delegates, since they were completely motivated and many even applied for leadership positions afterwards!

Luisma: our Alumni Coordinator! It has been incredible watching him grow and develop new skills throughout our term. He is an amazing speaker, truely able to inspire his audience. He has provided our team with an objective point of view, with a strong opinion that many times forces us to evaluate the efficiency of traditional processes, he also adds joy and laughter to our team! He tends to be very positive, action driven, willing to cooperate with and defend our team objectives. He did an amazing job with the integration and teambuilding activities during the first day of CONAL, we all had a great time, tons of laughter, he left us breathless after so many cool activities that everyone thoroughly enjoyed! Plus he loves to dance and is usually the soul of the party! He has a knack for recognizing and addressing problems directly and effectively.

Pancho: our financeman!! I have never met anyone that can learn as fast as he can! His personal and @ development during the last year has been awesome! His graphic skills and creative ability have been an added bonus to our team, since we rely on him to do logos, invitations, etc. His fearless spirit has been amazing! He was facilitating his first sessions during his first Congress with the ease of a pro! He has created great videos for his sessions that truely inspire his audience! He left me awestruck with his Identity session during CONAL from all the details that he managed to include and remember! His excellent role as chair of the Compendium Sub-committee was obvious during legislation, we had foreseen hours and hours of discussig motions aimed at updating and aligning our Compendium, but we finished much faster then expected!!
